The Bespoke Design Company is situated near Helston in picturesque Cornwall, from where we provide a UK wide service. This service encompasses feasibility studies, sketch schemes; through the gaining of Planning and Building Regulation Consents, to providing any necessary detailing.

Our experience is varied and encompasses traditional construction, timber frame, with more innovative forms of building and eco-development being of particular interest.  We have extensive experience in the design of house types, from an award winning one-bedroom house up to dwellings of 10,000sq.ft. in size.  

All drawing work is carried out on AutoCAD  format, with 3D visualisations in Google SketchUp.  AutoCAD information may be supplied as a hard copy, on disc, or via e-mail, (in .dwg or .pdf format) direct into your own or your Consultants computer system; giving virtually instant access to information as soon as design work is completed by us.

At the outset of all projects we supply a formal written quotation containing an estimate of the number of hours required to complete the project.  These estimated timings will not be exceeded without prior consultation with our clients.
